Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

Digital products, including downloads, audio files, and PDFs, are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where a technical failure prevents access to the purchased files.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact Small Raven Media within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Product Licensing
Unless otherwise stated, digital products purchased from Small Raven Media are licensed for personal use only.
