What to Include in Your Report:

• Type of Device: Are you using a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone?
• Operating System and Browser: For example, Windows 10 with Google Chrome or iOS with Safari.
• Description of the Issue: The more details, the better. This will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
• Screenshots: If possible, include screenshots that show the issue you’re experiencing. This can often be extremely helpful for our technical team.
